What is a Support Coordinator?
Please download this PDF for more information about what a Support Coordinator does:   Snapshot of SC.pdf
Why aren't you a registered NDIS provider?
Due to the cost.

  • I am a sole trader with no employees.
  • The 2021 quotes for completing an NDIS verification audit for my business ranged from $4000 to $7500+.
  • Audits are required approx every 2 - 3 years.
  • It simply is not sustainable for me to become a registered provider.
How do I pay for your services?
Services can be paid for:

- through your plan manager if your Support Coordination budget is PLAN MANAGED (this is written on your NDIS plan)

- through the NDIS MyPlace portal if your Support Coordination budget is SELF-MANAGED (this is written on your NDIS plan)

- on a private fee-for-service basis if you do not have NDIS funding that is PLAN or SELF-MANAGED
Does every NDIS plan have Support Coordination funding?
Support Coordination funding is NOT always funded in NDIS plans.

Usually if you live in a remote or very remote area of WA, you will have Support Coordination funding in your plan.

Some people who have more-complex living situations receive Specialist Support Coordination
funding where a higher intensity and/or specialised knowledge is required to meet these needs.

If you haven't had this funding in your NDIS plan before, you can ask for Planner for it.
Is there an NDIS office in Esperance?
Yes!

Like many areas all over Australia, the NDIS shares an office with Centrelink in Esperance.

This is located at 58 The Esplanade, Esperance WA 6450.
What is the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission "Code of Conduct"?
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission operates all over Australia.

The Commission's NDIS Code of Conduct promotes safe and ethical service delivery by setting out expectations
for the conduct of both NDIS providers and workers (both registered and non-registered).

Please visit https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/providers/ndis-code-conduct for more information,
including how to make a complaint about any NDIS provider who is registered, non-registered or self-employed.
