This means we can provide support to people who have self or plan managed funding,

                                                           Thrive Coordination Services can provide
                            all levels of Support Coordination, including working alongside you to:

-  understand the NDIS system and its language

- understand what your NDIS plan means

- develop your connections with people and services in your community

- negotiate the service provision that YOU want from your NDIS providers

- problem-solve with your service providers

- plan for life transitions such as leaving high school, finding a job and moving away from home

- provide "Housing Exploration" support and write reports requested by the NDIS

- get other NDIS advice, planning and/or recommendations

- get ready for your NDIS check-in (plan review)
